When Grand Central, a prestigious residential development under Sino Group, needed to host their annual Incorporated Owners’ Meeting for over 300 attendees, they entrusted Eco Art to orchestrate a flawless event that balanced elegance, functionality, and technical precision.
Held at the development’s upscale clubhouse, the challenge was twofold: protecting the luxurious venue’s flooring during setup while ensuring seamless communication across multiple rooms and online viewers.
To accommodate the large audience, we strategically divided guests into separate function rooms while maintaining a unified experience through a professional multi-room PA system and real-time HD video broadcasting with zero latency. High-definition cameras and skilled operators ensured that presentations, voting procedures, and speeches were clearly visible on screens in every room, while our redundant audio setup guaranteed crystal-clear sound without delays or feedback.
For residents unable to attend in person, we integrated a live-streaming platform with secure login access, enabling remote participation with interactive Q&A capabilities.
Understanding the venue’s premium finishes, we implemented custom floor protection solutions, including anti-scratch mats and cable management systems, to safeguard the clubhouse’s interiors throughout installation and dismantling.
The result was a smooth, disruption-free event that met Grand Central’s high standards—attendees enjoyed a cohesive meeting experience whether they were onsite or watching online, and the property management team praised the professional execution and attention to detail.
