Bringing Secure Access Technology to Life at the IFMA Asia Pacific Awards

When HID Global, a global leader in secure identity solutions, needed to showcase their innovative access control system at the prestigious IFMA Asia Pacific Award of Excellence event, they turned to Eco Art to transform their vision into an engaging reality.

Tasked with demonstrating how their smart ID technology grants employees seamless access to gates, elevators, and lockers, we designed and built an interactive miniature environment that brought the system to life.

The exhibit featured a functional gate model where attendees could tap HID-enabled ID cards for entry, an elevator panel demonstrating floor-specific permissions, and a smart locker highlighting contactless unlocking—all integrated with real HID hardware for authenticity.

To enhance the experience, we incorporated dynamic LED feedback, such as lights turning green upon access approval, creating an intuitive and visually compelling demonstration.

The result was a highly engaging booth that drew constant crowds of facility managers and industry professionals, with many eager to test the technology firsthand.
