When Hong Kong's Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) needed a dramatic way to showcase their 70-year history at their annual dinner, Eco Art delivered an immersive time tunnel - all within a challenging 3-hour setup window at a busy restaurant.

Facing the impossible timeline between the venue's lunch service ending at 2pm and guests arriving at 6pm, our team engineered a solution through meticulous pre-production.

We prefabricated the entire installation - including modular display walls, pre-wired lighting systems, and historical photo displays - in our workshop to enable rapid on-site assembly.

The result was a stunning walkthrough experience that had guests traveling through decades of EMSD's engineering achievements.

Despite the extreme time pressure, every element came together perfectly, from the backlit historical timelines to the interactive displays.

The installation not only survived its trial by fire but became the evening's highlight, sparking conversations and nostalgia among EMSD staff.
