We were honored to deliver the full event production for Hong Kong Baptist University’s Consul-General-in-Residence Programme 2025, celebrating Dutch culture under the theme "Gezellig! The Netherlands Funhouse." Officiated by HKBU President Prof. Alexander Wai and Dutch Consul-General Mr. Maurits ter Kuile, our team managed comprehensive event execution—including the fabrication of the "Day & Night Sentinel Gallery" art exhibition, stage production and AV setups for cultural dance and vocal performances, interactive cycling installations, and thematic catering management.
The event featured vibrant performances, traditional Kazakh music and dance, and engaging activities at HKBU. It was a fun filled experience where students enjoyed the festive atmosphere and immersed themselves in the rich Kazakh culture.
